Please allow 4–7 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped out.

CIELIE LTD is a UK-registered company.
Our products are designed and produced by our international manufacturing partners,
and orders may be shipped from various overseas fulfilment centres, including Asia and Europe.

We are also not responsible for incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
